The menu centers on structured gel and hard gel overlays and extensions, sculpted acrylic sets, and gel manicures in one or two colors. Structure gel, hard gel and acrylic services include a natural nail or set, cuticle care, a gel color and cuticle oil, but nail art is not included and is booked separately from the nail art menu. Nail art runs in three tiers, from basic one-color designs, dots, stripes, stickers and foils up to cartoon designs, layered or multi-color work and 3D acrylic flowers, with French tips and chrome available as an add-on.

Pedicures range from a dry pedicure with callus filing and polish to a full pedicure with a foot soak, callus buffing, lotion and hot towel, a Dazzle Dry pedicure with a sugar scrub, and an ultimate pedicure with an herbal soak and lotion massage. Gel polish pedicures, toe polishing alone and a hand massage are also offered. Younger clients have their own options, including a princess pedicure for ages 13 and under and a kids manicure.

Clients should know the cancellation terms before booking. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and an 80% charge applies to late cancellations as well as to clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late to a same-day appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are also sold.

The salon works from a personalized model that puts quality work, client comfort and nail health first, according to the salon.
