The founders built it on the view that many traditional salons leave less room for personal attention, intimacy and a calm setting, so the studio runs as a low-capacity boutique with a small number of clients at a time. The studio describes its service as personal and one-of-a-kind.

The menu covers manicures, pedicures, gel and hard gel work, Gel-X extensions and a long list of add-ons, from custom nail art, rhinestones and stickers to callus treatment and a collagen mask. The studio works with products sourced from Korea and Japan and is free of acrylic and dip powder. It also removes gel polish, extensions, hard gel and dip powder that were done at other salons.

Online bookings require a valid credit card on file, which is charged after the service unless there is a no-show or late cancellation. Booking by text requires a $30 non-refundable deposit by Zelle or Venmo, applied to the final bill. Custom nail art is arranged by texting inspiration photos when booking, and the exact quote is given at the appointment. Groups of up to three people can book together, and larger groups need at least seven days' notice.

Appointments are held for 15 minutes past the booked arrival time. Later arrivals may need a shorter service or a rescheduled appointment, and anyone expecting to be more than 15 minutes late should text the studio at least 30 minutes ahead. Cancelling within four hours of the appointment, or not showing up, is charged the full service price. Completed services are non-refundable, with store credit issued case by case. The studio is open Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and it is closed on Mondays.

Built around personal attention, a calm setting and a small client load rather than high volume. The studio uses imported products and does not offer acrylic or dip powder.
