The menu covers basic gel manicures, structured manicures built on a builder base, and gel extensions made with Gel X tips, which the business says add shape and length without harsh chemicals. Pedicures include a dry pedicure done with gel polish only and no water, plus a gel polish change for toes. Nail art is priced in three levels, from simple dots, lines and French tips up to intricate hand painting and 3D designs, and a solid chrome finish can be added to any manicure.
Repeat clients can book bundles of several visits at a lower combined price, and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the Services page. The studio is open Tuesday and Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 25% of the service, and same-day cancellations 55%. Rescheduling is handled by contacting Katelin directly, since some openings may not appear on the booking page.
