Nails Finessed LLC is a private nail studio in Mott Haven, Bronx, founded by Chena. The work centers on Russian manicures, SMART pedicures done without water, and Aprés Gel-X extensions, and every appointment is booked one-on-one.

A Russian manicure starts with dry e-file cuticle preparation, followed by refining and shaping the nail plate. Clients can finish with natural nails, gel polish or a hard gel overlay, and nail art must be added when booking. Nail extensions come as Aprés Gel-X soft gel tips with solid gel polish, or as custom sculpted hard gel in a chosen color. Gel polish is charged separately with extensions. The Russian pedicure uses the SMART technique and includes one gel color, a hydrating massage and a hot towel. The price can rise with conditions such as fungus or heavy calluses, and a text consultation is needed before the service.

New clients can book the New Client Signature Experience, a first-visit appointment of 210 minutes or more starting at $245. It comes with a choice of a Russian e-file manicure or Gel-X extensions, each paired with a SMART pedicure. Design enhancements, removals and advanced services are extra. Gift card appointments start at $140 and run 120 minutes or more for clients redeeming a gift card. Existing product applied by another salon needs a removal add-on.

Booking requires a valid card on file and a non-refundable deposit. Confirmation texts go out 72 hours before the appointment and need a reply. Changes must be made at least 48 hours ahead, and each deposit covers one reschedule within three weeks. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $15 fee, and arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Children and guests are not allowed, and gift card sales are final. The studio is open Monday 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 8 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

Every appointment is one-on-one, with the work focused on Russian manicures, waterless SMART pedicures and Gel-X extensions.
