Client safety and comfort are the stated first priority. Reusable tools are sanitized and disinfected to state regulations and after each use, and tools that cannot be disinfected are discarded after a single client. Technicians wash their hands before every service and ask clients to do the same. The salon also says it works to limit exposure to odors, vapors, and filing dust.

The pedicure menu is a major focus. The Nails enColor Pedicure (4 in 1 System) combines a bubbling soak, sugar scrub, hot stone massage, and paraffin treatment, with a choice of scent. The Volcano Detoxify Spa Pedicure pairs a volcanic bubbling soak and hot stone massage with a collagen cream mask and hot towel wrap. The Deluxe Spa Pedicure adds an exfoliating scrub, clay mask, warm paraffin dip, and a 10-minute massage. The pedicure chairs are described as noiseless and pipe-less, and the salon says its pedicure system uses organic, vegan products.

Hosted events are available for wedding parties, proms, birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorette or bachelor parties, and corporate groups. For hosted parties, the salon provides complimentary cake, finger food, drinks, and snacks. Party bookings are made by phone or through the party inquiry form, with a requested date and party size. E-gift cards can be redeemed for any service or product; amounts are limited to $100 and a 3% processing fee applies.
