Each visit begins with a consultation to learn the client's preferred style and nail needs, followed by shaping, cuticle care and finishing touches. The studio says tools and foot baths are cleaned and sanitized between every client. Custom nail designs are made to suit a client's style and occasion, and the studio says it has created more than 600 nail styles.

Listed prices start with a regular manicure at $30 and a gel manicure at $50, with a French manicure at $15 and a regular pedicure at $40. Gel pedicures are listed at $50 and the Spa Pedicure Deluxe at $80. Manicure and pedicure combinations run from $50 to $95, nail enhancements from $65 to $100, and lash services from $100 for a refill to $140 for a mega volume set.

A deposit is required at booking to hold an appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours notice; shorter notice or a no-show means the deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable. Late arrivals may receive a shorter service, be rebooked, or be treated as a no-show depending on availability. Appointments can be made by phone or through an online Square booking page.

Services start with a personal consultation to learn each client's style and needs, and the studio puts hygiene and sanitation of tools and workspaces first. Eyelash visits follow a consultation, a professional application and aftercare guidance.
