Nails by Trixi

Nails by Trixi takes bookings online through its Square booking page. Clients are asked to read the booking policies before they reserve, since not following them can lead to an appointment being cancelled. First-time clients fill out a client consultation form before their visit.

Alongside appointments, the business sells press-on nail sets. Pre-made sets come in standard sizes. If a client's nails don't match any of those sizes, they can measure in millimeters, list the measurements from thumb to pinky, and enter them in the note section at checkout to request a custom order. Custom orders can take longer than the usual two to three days to ship.

Gift cards are sold online, and their balances can be checked on the gift cards page. Sales are final, and the business does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on services or products.
