Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The menu is built around enhancements. Gel X is offered with or without soak off, and its price is adjusted to nail bed length. Dip Powder is offered with or without soak off and is limited to short to medium-short lengths. Hard Structure Gel and a standard gel manicure are also available. Nail art is added on top of an enhancement or manicure, with art levels one through five, French or ombre (art only, priced by consultation), and two freestyle discount art specials.

Cancellations made 48 to 72 hours ahead incur a 70% fee, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur the full fee. Arriving more than 17 minutes late risks cancellation. A deposit can be moved once to a new date if the change is made within two weeks of the original appointment. Any design beyond a single solid color must be included at booking. A card processing fee applies, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
