Manicures and pedicures follow a set order: a soak, nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, massage, a hot towel, and polish. Manicures can be done in regular or gel polish. The Deluxe and Signature manicures add an exfoliating organic sugar scrub, and the Signature also includes a paraffin wax mask. Pedicures step up from the Classic through callus treatment, sugar scrub, and mask options. The Royal Pedicure adds a 20-minute massage and hot stone, with a choice of eight scents, and the Ultra Golden Pedicure, the most extensive option, includes a 25-minute massage, a hot steam machine, and milk collagen cream.

Nail enhancements include acrylic, Color Gel, Gel-X, Gel-Builder, Hybrid Gel, Pink & White, and Ombre, offered as full sets or refills. Gel-X can be done with removal of the previous set for an additional fee. Dipping powder is available as an overlay or with a tip.
