The studio focuses on acrylic work and nail art. Clients can book a manicure with clear gel polish, a basic acrylic full set in one solid color, or a fill-in for an existing set. Most options can be shaped and sized to the client's choice.

Services are sold as clear bundles, and each listing states how long the appointment takes. Hand and toe services can be combined, with toe combos covering a solid gel color on natural toes or acrylic toes and designs for an added charge. Soak-off removal can be added to many sets. Nail art, charms and similar extras cost an additional $10 to $50 on manicures, according to the booking page.

Shugg also offers a private one-on-one nail class lasting five hours at $500. It is hands-on and tailored to each student's skill level, and it is aimed at beginners and people who want to become nail techs.
