The menu is built around extension and enhancement systems. Acrylic Overlay is applied only to the length of natural nails and takes at least 100 minutes, and Acrylic Full Set is a solid color acrylic finished with gel polish and a top coat, also at least 100 minutes. Structured Gel is a soakable soft gel overlay on natural nails and is limited to medium length, with longer lengths priced from $95 for a basic set. Gel-X sets are grouped by design complexity: Basic is a clear soft gel overlay with Gel-X tips, while Tiers 1 through 3 add simple designs, small charms and accent nails, or intricate designs with charms or junk nails. Hard Gel Overlay comes as Basic, which is an overlay on natural nails with no tips and takes at least 105 minutes, or in Tiers 1 through 3.

Mani and Pedi packages are offered alongside manicures and pedicures booked separately. The Mani combines a gel base coat, a colour gel polish and a gel top coat. The Pedi pairs a brief scrub and gel polish on the toes with a short massage and a heated towel. Refills are simple fill-ins with no artwork; designer drawing can be added to any refill, and a rebalance files down the earlier stress point to rebuild the extension. Soak-offs can be booked alone, while the Soak Off & Gel-X service is reserved for returning clients removing soft gel or Gel-X. Add-ons start at $1 and usually take around 10 minutes or longer.

Booking has a few set rules. Gel-X Tier 1 and Hard Gel Overlay Tier 1 require a $30 deposit, and Gel-X Tiers 2 and 3 and Hard Gel Overlay Tiers 2 and 3 require a $60 deposit. Refills are done within 2 to 3 weeks of the set, and a set older than 4 weeks is treated as a rebalance. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
