Bookings can be made online through the website. The salon is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays, keeps evening hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and is open daytime hours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The most detailed services are the design-led sets. A Goddess freestyle lets the client choose colors or inspiration, or leaves the freestyle to the nail technician, and includes cuticle care, colored acrylic, gel polish designs, bling, topcoat and cuticle oil. The Instagram and Pinterest inspired set starts with the client sending reference photos ahead of the visit, and adds a nail rebalance and fill-in to the same kind of finish. Intricate designs and length can raise the price of either set.

Clients should cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. Cancelling with less notice carries a fee of 35 percent of the total service cost. Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
