The basic manicure is a 30-minute service without polish, covering cleanup of natural nails, shaping and cuticle care. A gel manicure takes about an hour and includes detailed cuticle work. For more strength, builder hard gel (two hours, natural length only) adds structure to natural nails and includes shaping and cuticle care. Gel X, also two hours, adds full-cover soft gel extensions for length and durability, with cuticle care included.

Nail art is booked by design tier rather than by a flat price. Tier 1 covers basic designs with one form of art, such as French tips, ombre or cat eye. Tier 2 covers intermediate work with two forms of art, such as chrome French tips, ombre, 3D blooming art or gems. Tier 3 covers advanced, detailed designs combining three forms of art, and Tier 4 covers the most intricate work, such as isolated chrome with blooming gel, 3D and gems, or hand-painted art. Clients who are unsure which tier fits can send an inspiration photo by message and will be directed to the right booking option.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit, which goes toward the total service cost. A deposit can be used to reschedule up to two times, after which a new deposit is needed. Reschedules and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Payment is taken after the service by tap-to-pay, card or cash. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or be rescheduled, so late arrivals should be communicated as early as possible. Clients who miss an appointment without notice forfeit the deposit and must pay one before booking again.

Anyone with nail enhancements applied by another technician should book a foreign soak-off in addition to the service they want.
