Services are manicures and pedicures in two main families. Essential, Classic and Ultimate levels step up in length and extras, from basic shaping and buffing to sugar scrubs, massage, masks and warm collagen treatments. Polish can be added to any of them with Dazzle Dry polish or OPI Soak-Off Gel Color, and gel polish can be removed on its own. Each service lists a starting price and an approximate time, and the business notes that extra charges may apply for heavy cuticle or callus buildup, very long or difficult nails, ingrown toenail concerns, French polish, multiple colors or difficult gel removal.
Services can be tailored when booking by adding or removing parts of a manicure or pedicure. Changes made after arriving do not lower the scheduled price. Hygiene is a clear focus. Metal tools are scrubbed, soaked in disinfectant, dried and then sterilized in a dry heat sterilizer after each use. Each client gets a new disposable pedicure bowl liner, foot file, nail file and buffer. Metal callus removers and electric files are not used. The business follows sanitation procedures set by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Booking and cancellation rules are strict. Appointments are by appointment only, and hours vary by day: Monday through Thursday 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday 9:30 AM to 3 PM, and closed Sundays. Cancellations and downgrades need 24 hours' notice, and must be made by text or phone call rather than email or social media. The full service fee is charged for same-day cancellations, downgrades, late arrivals over 10 minutes, missed appointments and no-shows. Late clients may have services shortened or canceled and are still charged the full scheduled amount. Same-day appointments are final. Clients are asked to allow extra travel time and to text or call if running late. Gift cards are available.
