Appointments are required and include evening times. Gentlemen are welcome, gift certificates are available, and on-site service can be arranged with prices that vary by location and travel time. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The salon is closed Sunday and Monday, though the site says exceptions can be made.

Every client receives a personalized nail care kit. The salon is No-Chip Shellac certified and says its Shellac color lasts 14 days and removes in about 10 minutes. Manicure options range from a customized manicure and a French manicure to Dazzle Dry, No-Chip Shellac and tip-and-overlay acrylic sets.

Beyond nails, the menu covers waxing from chin and lip to full leg and bikini, plus Reiki sessions for hands, feet, a target area of the neck and back, or a full hour. Foot massage, reflexology and Reiki can each be added to a pedicure or other service as a 15-minute extra.

The salon describes its service as personalized and held to high sanitary standards. Staff take time with each client to review maintenance and products.
