The menu is grouped into natural nail services such as dry manicures, gel polish manicures and structure gel overlays, along with acrylic full sets and structure gel with tips. Existing acrylic and structure gel clients can book fills. Nail art can be added to most services at several levels, from simple glitter, dots, lines, stars and hearts up to multi-layer designs, chrome, 3D work and sculpted art. Removal is offered for the salon's own work and for product applied by another technician, with nail health checked during outside removals.
Booking has a few firm rules. A deposit is required and is non-refundable, but it is applied to the service. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice means losing the deposit. Nail art must be booked as a separate service on top of the base appointment. Enhancements and art are priced by length and complexity, so the listed price is a starting point.
Fills are limited to enhancements the technician applied, while removals are offered for both in-house and outside work, with nail health checked during outside removals.
