Enhancements and gel manicures are guaranteed for 72 hours, and chipping or lifting in that window can be fixed by booking a visit. Repairs under the guarantee must be made within 5 days of the first visit or a charge applies. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed. The salon is not responsible for broken or infected nails caused by negligence or by not following aftercare instructions.
