Bookings go through the studio's Booksy page and appointments are required, with new and returning clients accepted based on availability. Guests are not allowed unless they are also receiving a service. Clients should arrive with bare, damage-free nails, and new clients must come in free of any existing product, including gel polish, dip, press-ons and structured gel or BIAB from another salon. Enhancements applied elsewhere are not serviced, and fills are only done on work the studio applied itself.
Enhancements and gel manicures are guaranteed for 7 days, excluding breakages, and repairs arranged within 3 days of notifying the salon are complimentary. A client who is unhappy with the result can say so before paying, and the studio will adjust the nails. Nail art, repairs, reshaping and extra services are chosen at booking. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; a shorter notice incurs a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be refused service. Clients who miss an appointment without a deposit can no longer book. Prices may change periodically, so current pricing is listed on Booksy.
