Hours are closed Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday 1 PM to 7 PM, Thursday through Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are sold as final.

Cancellations and reschedules must be made by text or through the website. Cancellations made 48 hours before carry a 50% fee, and those made within 24 hours carry a 100% fee. Clients have a 10-minute grace period; after that the appointment is marked a no-show and a 100% fee is charged to the card on file. Children are not accommodated in the salon suite, so childcare should be arranged before booking. Food is not allowed during services, though drinks are. Phone calls should be kept short and quiet, and clients need both hands free. Service may be refused for fungal infections, contagious skin disorders or open wounds.
