Nails by Epiphany

Nails by Epiphany is a private nail studio in Baltimore, Maryland, run by Nails by Epiphany LLC. Appointments take place at 821 West 36th Street, while the studio's public contact address is 20 South Charles Street. Clients can follow the studio's work on its Instagram account, @nailsbypiphhhy.

Services are organized into three groups. The hands menu covers classic and gel manicures, polish changes, acrylic overlays, fill-ins for short, medium or long nails, and full sets in three lengths. The feet menu includes classic, gel and spa pedicures, along with a senior foot and nail care service. Finishing touches cover French tips, specialty finishes, nail art, treatments, removal and repairs. Base prices range from $30 for a classic manicure or polish change to $90 for a long full set, and the spa pedicure starts at $80.

Online booking is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with the last appointment starting at 6:00 PM. Appointments can be booked online at least 24 hours ahead and up to 30 days out, and same-day online booking is not available. Requests outside those hours or for same-day visits can be made by special request, and the studio schedules them by hand. Full payment is taken online for the base service only. Upgrades, add-ons, nail art, removal, repairs and length changes agreed during the visit are paid at the studio. Appointment lengths are estimates and depend on the condition of the nails and the service chosen.

Rescheduling is free if the request is made before the appointment date, but a same-day change carries a $25 fee. Cancellations made before the appointment date are fully refunded to the original payment sources. For a same-day cancellation, clients can take gift-card credit for the full prepaid amount or a 50% refund to the original payment method. A no-call, no-show forfeits the prepaid amount, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Service concerns should be reported within 48 hours, and eligible concerns may be reviewed for a correction appointment. Digital gift cards are sold from $25 to $250 in $25 steps with no expiration date or maintenance fees. Clients can leave reviews on Google.
