Designs range from all-finger patterns to fully custom work. Listed prices are base prices and move with nail length and design, and harder designs cost more than the base. For a specific look, clients can send a picture and ask for an exact quote. The salon does not paint animated cartoon designs on people's faces.
Booking requires no upfront deposit. A card is kept on file and charged only for a no-show, or for a cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours, which carries a $40 charge. Clients who would rather not use a card can send a deposit through Zelle, or come in and pay a cash deposit if they have no bank account or card. Appointments are set in fixed time slots, so a client running late should call; at 10 minutes late the booking is cancelled and the full service is charged, and a text message does not waive that fee.
Some practical points: children and extra guests are not permitted, and bringing a child cancels the appointment and charges the full service. Full sets need bare nails or a soak-off added at booking, and clients missing three or more nails should book a full set. The salon does not work over other salons' work, and any designs or crystals must be booked in advance. Clients coming in to remove acrylic or dip powder should arrive 30 minutes early, and those with acrylic or dip powder to soak off should avoid the 10:00 am slot unless they are also getting a pedicure.
