The business is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM and on weekends from 5 AM to 10 PM. Appointments need to be booked 24 to 48 hours ahead. A non-refundable $20 deposit secures a booking and goes toward the total, and the remaining balance is due on arrival. Deposits and balances can be paid by cash, Cash App or Apple Cash, and card fees are charged to the card on file.

Children's options include a natural nail overlay for ages 13 and under, which uses gel polish, simple art on two nails per hand, cuticle care and a short hand massage, with parent or guardian consent required. A Princess Set in acrylic is offered for ages 9 to 13, with any nail art charged separately. Nail art runs from 3D designs to detailed work priced by complexity, and the portfolio includes XL, duck, freestyle, long, shorties, overlay and Braider nails.

Fill-ins are guaranteed when the previous set was done by the salon within 2 to 3 weeks. Sets older than 4 weeks are treated as new sets, and anything 6 weeks or older is an automatic new set. Work on another nail tech's enhancements is priced higher and may need a soak-off and full set. Cut downs and reshaping must be added to a fill-in or maintenance visit when a significant change is requested.

A retention guarantee covers lifting or breakage within 72 hours when it comes from product or application error, and repairs are free in that window. It does not cover sets older than 3 weeks, nails done elsewhere, poor aftercare or trauma to the nail. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Pricing is set by length, shape, complexity and the condition of existing enhancements, and fill-in timing determines whether a visit is a fill or a new set.
