Sculpted acrylic sets are priced by length, from Short Set 1 up through the 4XL and up tier. Most appointments run about two hours, and the full visit can take two to three hours depending on the length and design of the set. Designs are not included in the listed prices. A fill is offered only for sets Diana has done that are three weeks old or less. Clients who are not sure what length they want can book a Flexible Length appointment, and the length is settled at the start of the visit.
Nail beds differ in length and width from person to person, so the same shape and length can look different on each client's natural nails. Builder Gel Manicure is also on the menu for clients who want a structured manicure rather than sculpted acrylic.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, with weekends closed. A $20 deposit is collected at the end of booking and goes toward the full service price, and it is non-refundable. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice to keep the deposit. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for lateness, after which a $10 fee is added to the service. Arriving 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a $40 charge that is not applied to a future booking. Ignoring the cancellation policy may lead to being banned from booking. Confirmation texts go out within a few hours of booking.
Sets are built around each client's own nail bed, so the finished look is shaped to their natural nails rather than a fixed template.
