Nails By Dej takes bookings through a set of clearly stated rules. Clients who want a same-day appointment are asked to send a text to 314-920-1675 to request one.

First-time clients pay a deposit, which is sent as an invoice after booking. An appointment is not confirmed until that deposit has been sent, and payment has to be made in advance to hold a reservation.

Clients are asked to arrive on time and to confirm their appointment ahead of time, since unconfirmed spots may be given to another client. Cancellations and no-shows from any client carry a non-refundable $25 prepaid rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment requires an extra deposit, which is taken off the total cost of the service. Services themselves are not refunded, but clients who are unhappy with the result can ask for rework.
