Nails By Cassie Kodama is a nail studio built around Japanese gel nails, a gel polish formulation made in Japan. The studio is in Studio 5 at 2245 NE Allie Avenue, within The Streets of Tanasbourne in Hillsboro.
The menu centers on gel manicures and custom art. Clients can choose a one-color gel set, a Level 1 art set with one character, nuance, or abstract design, or a more involved set with custom artwork on every nail. A plain manicure without polish is also offered. Each gel and art service includes cuticle work, and visit lengths run from one hour for a plain manicure to two and a half hours for the most detailed art.
Services are by appointment only. Clients request a day and time, and the salon confirms by email. Clients who have a design in mind can email inspiration photos to the salon before booking, and the salon prefers appointments booked at least the day before.
Pairs long-term nail health with customized gel designs.
