Nail art comes in three tiers. The minimal tier includes simple dots or lines, cat eye polish, all-over chrome, and an aura finish. The elevated tier adds abstract shapes or lines, small gems, and isolated chrome. The luxe tier covers charms, large gems, heavy art, 3D designs, and characters. A French tip is included in the price of every nail art tier, and clients who prefer not to choose can book a freestyle add-on, where the nail tech picks the design.
Booking requires a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, which is applied to the appointment total. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Arrivals get a 15-minute grace period; after that the appointment is cancelled or the nail art is adjusted. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule, and anyone who arrives sick is turned away. Card and cash are accepted, prices are fixed, and sales are final. Chips or lifting within 5 days are repaired free of charge; after that, it is treated as normal wear.
