Nails by Cash

Nails by Cash is a one-person nail business in Florence, Kentucky, operating as a private studio. Christina 'Cash' Johnson, the owner and a licensed nail tech, works by appointment only, so each client has the studio to themselves during their visit.

The menu covers the main nail services. Gel X extensions come in almond, coffin, round, square and stiletto shapes and take about an hour and five minutes or more. Structure gel, also called builder gel or gel overlay, adds strength and length over natural nails and takes a similar time. Gel polish takes about 55 minutes, and a cuticle care manicure takes about 45 minutes, covering cuticle cleanup and nail shaping without polish or nail art. Nail removal is available on its own, booked separately from the cuticle care manicure.

Booking is set up for both new and returning clients. New clients booking gel polish or a cuticle care manicure are asked for a $20 deposit. Appointments can be cancelled or moved online up to 72 hours ahead. Later cancellations carry a 30% fee, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and are final once sold.

Hours run Tuesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.

The studio works by appointment only in a private setting, keeping each visit focused on one client at a time.
