House calls are available within about 30 minutes of the business area, with a travel fee of $50 for nails only or $65 for nails and feet, sent separately by Cash App or Zelle. Booking works on a deposit. The non-refundable deposit is applied to the appointment total and must be paid to secure a slot. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and a cancellation made more than 48 hours ahead returns $16 or $21 of the deposit depending on the service. Every service needed, such as shaping or soak-off, should be booked up front, since add-ons not booked in advance may be done only if time allows and carry an inconvenience fee. Payment is due on arrival, by Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or debit or credit card, with a 6% fee on card payments. AfterPay is also offered, with a 9% fee and four installments. Clients receive a text and email confirmation before each appointment.
