The studio says it aims to deliver good-quality nail care in a welcoming, calm setting. Pedicures include an exfoliating foot massage and polish, and gel manicures and pedicures include exfoliation and massage as well.

Acrylic and sculpt hybrid work is a major part of the menu, with new sets, maintenance fills with gel or regular polish, and removals. Builder gel manicures use a builder gel base for added strength and durability. Gel X soft extensions are offered with soak-off removal and a choice of gel polish, and they last roughly two to three weeks.

Nail art ranges from gel manicures with stamping, glitter or simple hand-painted designs to more involved work with rhinestones, encapsulated designs or intricate painting.

Children's manicures and pedicures are available for ages 12 and under and include trimming, filing, buffing, a lotion massage and a choice of polish. Children must stay seated quietly in the front lobby or within sight of their guardian during the appointment.

Some policies apply before a visit. Pedicure clients should not shave, use hair removal cream or wax in the 24 hours beforehand. Clients with sores, broken skin or scratches on the area being serviced need to reschedule. Excessive disruption can end a service early and lead to a request to reschedule.
