The extension and overlay menu includes acrylic sets in six options and a hard builder gel overlay that adds no tips or length to natural nails. A soft builder gel fill suits short nails and can be soaked off for removal. Gel X sets come in two options as a temporary length and must be soaked off each time they are removed.
Manicures and pedicures are a separate part of the menu. Gel polish manicures include cuticle cleanup, nail reshaping, solid gel polish and cuticle oil, and can add nail art with an art tier. Pedicures are dry, with no soaking, and come in a full version with a foot and lower leg massage and a quicker gel-change version.
Nail art is grouped into tiers that scale from a single simple design through minimal, full and extreme detail work, so clients can choose how much detail they want. Kids services for ages 12 and under cover natural nails with gel polish or builder gel.
Policies are set out on the studio's listing: clients are asked to message with questions before booking, refunds are not issued once a client has left the suite, and changes raised during an appointment are accommodated where possible. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price. New clients booking soft builder gel pay a $16 deposit.
