Appointments are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Clients can request a time through the website if none of the listed slots suit them. The address is not published in advance and is sent on the day of the appointment.
Appointment lengths vary by service. A soak-off takes about 35 minutes, a gel polish about 40 minutes and a fill about 30 to 45 minutes depending on length. Full acrylic sets take roughly 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 25 minutes, and the business advises clients to plan for one to two hours for a full set.
Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit, which must be sent within one hour of making the appointment. Without a deposit the appointment is not held. After two or more no-shows, the deposit required at booking rises to $30. Arriving more than five minutes late results in the appointment being cancelled. Clients are asked to come in with clean, bare nails, and additional guests are not allowed at appointments.
