In 2020, when salons were closed during the pandemic, she began developing custom press-on nails, and she now makes sets that include seasonal and holiday designs.

In-person services run from basic manicures and gel manicures to pedicures, fills and fullsets, Gel X fills and fullsets, polish changes, repairs, and removals. Design add-ons for all ten nails come in stamped, freehand, and encapsulated styles, and a hand massage can be added on. Appointments are booked online. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Friday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday daytime, and is closed Mondays and Wednesdays.

Press-on orders start with a consultation through the contact form, followed by a price quote and an invoice once the customer approves. Custom design invoices must be paid within 30 days or they are cancelled. Customers list their sizes, thumb to pinky, in the note to the seller at checkout at no extra fee, and sizing kits are sold for $2. Shipping takes at least 7 to 10 business days, and simple color changes can be requested in the same note.

Press-on sets can be worn with nail tabs, which hold about 1 to 3 days, or with nail glue, which can last up to 1 to 2 weeks or longer depending on prep and care. Glued sets come off by soaking, and tab sets can be reused after the adhesive is cleared. Because the nails are custom, all sales are final. Customers who are not satisfied with a design can contact the business within 7 days of receiving their nails. Lost nails can be remade for a fee plus shipping, but misfits caused by a wrong size cannot be exchanged or refunded.
