The menu is organized into manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail care add-ons, add-on services and a children's menu for guests under 10. Tiered manicures and pedicures, named Sober, Tipsy and Wasted, build from a base service with essential oil, a soak, exfoliation and massage, to options that add a hot stone massage and cooling gel, and then a paraffin wax treatment at the top tier.
Hygiene is described as a priority. Files, buffers and pumice stones are single-use and discarded after each client, disposable liners go into pedicure bowls, and metal tools are sterilized after each use and kept in sealed pouches in a UV sterilizer until they are needed.
Westlake and Parma list the same hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm. Prices depend on the services chosen, so clients are asked to confirm the details of their service with their technician.
