The room is light and calm, with spa chairs and manicure tables fitted with ventilation systems. Manicures start with a Classic option that includes nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, a lotion massage and a warm towel wrap. The Deluxe version adds an exfoliating sugar scrub and collagen-infused gloves. Gel manicures use gel color that the salon says can last up to 14 days.

Pedicures are available in five steps of increasing length, from a short refresh of about 35 minutes to a 95-minute CBD and herbal steam treatment. Gel polish can be added to any pedicure. Nail enhancements include acrylic, dipping powder, builder gel and Gel X, offered as fills or full sets, along with ombre, French and dip overlay finishes.

The salon hosts bridal parties, birthday parties, book club gatherings and girls' day outings. Clients should know a few house rules before visiting: appointments can be cancelled or moved at least 3 hours ahead, and late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service. Scheduled visits have a 15-minute grace period, and clients arriving later may be offered a partial service or turned away. No-shows may be charged a fee. Any concern about nails should be raised before payment, as refunds are not given after clients leave. Children under 12 cannot stay with clients during services, and pets are not allowed except service animals with official vests.
