The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Appointments are booked through its Glossgenius page. The salon charges a 25% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Menu options range from a basic manicure, which includes cutting, filing, shaping, cuticle work, a hand massage and regular polish in about 30 minutes, to a deluxe pedicure with regular polish that starts at $58 and runs about 70 minutes. An express pedicure takes about 35 minutes, and a gel polish version takes about 45. Gel polish manicures and pedicures are also offered, along with gel color changes for hands or feet.

SNS is a powder dipping system that does not cure under a lamp, and the SNS Pink and White set is an extension that costs $10 more than the standard full set. Add-ons include paraffin wax for hands or feet, a foot mask with sea salt scrub, and a hot rock foot massage. Children 13 and under can book a kid manicure or a kid pedicure with design.
