The menu runs from classic care to gel work, Gel-X extensions and sensory pedicures. Classic care covers a mint soak, nail trimming, shaping, cuticle care and lotion, and the pedicure adds a scrub and light heel buffing. Gel nails include nail prep, cuticle care, OPI gel polish and a light massage. Gel-X extensions are soft gel tips applied without filing, and the salon does not offer fills for them; a polish change is available if the set is less than two weeks old.
Three sensory pedicures are offered: the Mojito, the Sunrise and the Moonlight. The Mojito pairs a mint soak and mint scrub with light callus reduction, a hydrating gel mask and a 5-minute massage. The Sunrise adds a mineral bath, raw sugar scrub, extra callus reduction and a mineral mask. The Moonlight is the most involved, with a mineral bath, raw sugar scrub, mineral mask, intense callus reduction, paraffin and a 10-minute massage. The salon describes its sensory treatments as the industry's best.
Add-ons include French and deep French tips, overlay to strengthen natural nails, paraffin, callus treatments, polish changes, Presto Polish, gel polish and massage. Nail art is priced by design. The salon does not guarantee specific designs, asks for a sample photo for review, and reserves at most 30 minutes per nail art. Gel and enhancement removal is offered only for sets originally done at the salon.
Changes to appointments need 24 hours' notice. Cancelling late or not turning up incurs a $20 charge per person, and a deposit may be requested for later bookings; repeated instances can result in service being declined. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their time may be asked to rebook, and those who arrive late may receive a shorter service. Seating is not guaranteed, since the salon has a limited number of chairs. Group visits cannot be scheduled through the online booking system. Gel polish that lifts or chips within seven days is fixed free of charge in the original shade, by appointment. Regular polish and polish changes are not covered. Refunds are not offered, but the salon will address any concerns raised during the service.
The salon selects products made from natural ingredients and aims to avoid harsh chemicals. It uses disposable pedicure liners and single-use tools.
