Soft gel manicures range from a single solid colour on natural nails to one simple design such as ombré, chrome, French, or gems, or more creative multi-design work. Hard gel manicures are non-soakable and come with a dry Russian manicure. Gel-X sets are offered in several tiers, from one colour or one design for the full set up to detailed work with heavy 3D gel, multiple or oversized charms, advanced line work, and blooming gel effects. A Gel-X Bling Set adds embellishments, and higher-quality gemstones in place of standard rhinestones are arranged through discussion and pre-ordering.

Soak-off options cover work done at the salon and work done elsewhere. A nail repair or missing nail can be fixed for a small per-nail charge, and clients can book a free silent appointment, though the suite is shared with a lash service, so complete quiet can't be promised.

Booking requires a non-refundable $20 deposit applied to the service total. Rescheduling or cancelling forfeits the deposit. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service and no-call/no-shows are charged the full booked amount to the card on file. Arriving 10 or more minutes late incurs a $10 fee after a 10-minute grace period. Clients arriving with nails on without a booked soak-off may be turned away. Allergies or sensitivities should be disclosed before the appointment.

Payment is accepted by cash, credit, or debit card and is due at the time of service. Card payments made through the GlossGenius app or website carry a 3.5% fee. Gratuities are not included and are at the client's discretion, with cash or Zelle accepted for tips. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, and closed Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
