Detailed designs should be requested when booking, since availability is not guaranteed without prior notice.
Policies: complimentary repairs are offered for workmanship issues such as chipping or defects within 7 days of the original service, while repairs after that or for wear, improper care, or outside damage carry added charges. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and two no-shows lead to a booking ban. Groups of five or more pay a deposit to confirm, which counts toward the visit. All services are final and no refunds are offered. Clients should disclose allergies, sensitivities, medications, and nail or skin conditions before a service.
