Freestyle designs can cover up to ten fingers, with the final design and price depending on the set. Appointment lengths vary from 15 minutes for a single nail repair to about three hours for the most involved freestyle full sets.

Booking runs on clear rules. Enhancement fills are recommended about every three weeks, and fills booked later may carry a fee. Changes and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and deposits are only transferred for rescheduled appointments made within that window. No-call, no-show appointments are charged in full, and a 10-minute grace period applies before a booking is cancelled. Only clients receiving services may be in the suite, children included, and pets are not allowed. Cash and Zelle are accepted, and cash gratuities are welcome.
