Combo packages pair a manicure and pedicure in one visit. Depending on the choice, they can use classic or gel polish on either part. Each includes grooming, warm towels and massage, and the gel versions add callus removal and exfoliation on the feet. Classic pedicures and deluxe pedicures are offered separately, and the deluxe version is a longer multi-step treatment with a choice of scent that includes a salt soak, exfoliating scrub, foot masque, hydrating lotion and foot massage.
The men's menu follows a similar structure, with classic and gel manicures, pedicures and combined options, as well as deluxe pedicures. Gel-X full sets are soft gel tip extensions with prep, cuticle grooming and gel polish, and the structured gel manicure is a longer appointment that uses builder gel for added strength and structure.
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made under 24 hours before an appointment due to illness are charged half the service fee, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Nail repairs are free within one week of service. A $50 convenience fee applies to appointments booked at 6:30 pm or later, or on a day off.
