Appointments are booked online through the booking page, and regular bookings listed there do not require a deposit. Saturday appointments carry a $25 weekend fee and a $25 deposit due at booking. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late are treated as cancellations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead, and no-call, no-show appointments carry a $25 fee. Clients who are sick or have been around someone who is sick are asked not to book.
Refill options exist for each design level, from one color to minimal design on two or three nails to full design on every nail, with a $5 charge for each missing nail. Custom sets let clients bring inspiration images, and the Blinged out set adds bling and designs to every nail. Refill and set appointments typically run from about an hour to two hours or more, depending on the service.
Clients who have work done by another nail technician pay a $15 product fee. After-hours appointments, which fall outside regular availability, cost an extra $35 and follow the same booking and cancellation policies. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle and card.
