NailedByBrii Beauty Salon & Spa was founded by Brittany, known as Brii, and opened in downtown Tampa in 2021. The business started with nails and grew to include other beauty services.

The nail menu is broad. Russian manicures come in classic, elegant, luxury, aloe vera, cucumber, lavender and green tea versions. Royalty pedicures include classic, elegant, lavender, aloe vera, green tea, a luxury milk and honey bath and a 24k gold bath. Nail extensions cover many styles, among them GEL-X, Dip Powder, HARD gel, ombre and poly gel, marble, Swarovski crystals, French and V-cuts, sculpting, overlays, soak offs, hand-drawn art and freestyle designs. The salon also sells its own acrylic line of nail powders.

Outside of nails, the salon offers hairstyling including cuts and color, barbering, lash extensions and lash lifts, and eyebrow enhancements such as shaping, tinting and lamination. Esthetic services cover skincare, facials and rejuvenation, and full-body waxing is available. Makeup and permanent makeup services are also on the menu.

The building includes a clothing boutique and a beauty supply store. Walk-ins are accepted, and appointments are available. Brii also offers one-on-one and group classes for aspiring artists and entrepreneurs. The salon describes itself as the number-one salon and spa in Tampa.
