The salon describes itself as locally owned and award-winning, and says it has been recognized by Salt Lake Magazine's Best of the Beehive, KSL's A-List Award, InStyle Magazine and Nails Magazine.

Nail work is the core of the menu: classic manicures and pedicures, a Quick Pedicure and a Complete Pedicure that adds filing, shaping, callus removal, sugar scrub and massage, gel manicures and pedicures, and Gel-X full sets and fills. Luminary overlays are also offered, along with removal for gel, Gel-X and Luminary work. Add-ons include three tiers of nail art, paraffin dips, foot masks, nail repairs, per-minute massage and a Hot Stone Massage.

The Signature, Deluxe and CTGF Hydrafacials include a hand or foot massage and red light, and the Deluxe version lets clients choose a booster, either Britenol or Derma Builder. Waxing and tinting covers brows, lips, chin, body areas, a Brazilian wax, and brow and lash tinting.

The salon sells products in its boutique and offers gift cards. It hosts private parties for groups of 10 or more, including children's parties, adult celebrations, birthdays, bridal showers, corporate events and reunions. Private events require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

The salon also runs training for nail professionals: a Nail Apprenticeship Program where apprentices work alongside licensed professionals, and the Nailed Preparatory Academy, which offers small-group and one-on-one classes that prepare students for Utah state licensing.

Nail services are the main focus, with facials and waxing offered alongside them.
