Nailed It By Rosa operates from a suite on East Main Avenue in Puyallup. Owner and nail artist Rosa Gonzalez handles the work, and the menu spans acrylic, builder gel, Gel-X, PolyGel, gel manicures and pedicures, a children's manicure and pedicure, removals and repairs.

Every appointment is meant to feel personal, and nail art is built around each client's own taste. The acrylic and builder gel sets rise in tiers, from simple sets with two finger designs, to sets with six designs and rhinestones, to the top acrylic tier with nail art on all ten fingers, 3D flowers, foil transfer and seasonal hand-drawn art.

Freestyle Gel-X is a service where the client hands the technician the choices on color, shape, length and art. It runs about two hours and is not offered with infills.

Booking requires a deposit of between $5 and $40, depending on the service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Infills must fall within set windows: two to three weeks for builder gel and acrylic, and four weeks for PolyGel toe infills, which do not include foreign infills. Returning after three weeks is a $25 rebalance with a $15 deposit.

The studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM. It is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
