Every service uses gel nail products, either to strengthen natural nails or to add length. The business states that its gel products contain no harsh chemicals. Clients arrive with bare nails; if existing products need removing, a soak-off can be booked with the appointment for an additional fee.

Because the work happens in the home, clients need room for a manicure table or pedicure station, a seat for the whole appointment, and accessible outlets, water and a drain.
