Nailed By Dache operates from Suite 11 at 445 Hamilton Avenue in White Plains, a private suite. The menu centers on acrylic full sets in short, medium, long and XL lengths, along with duck nails and NBD freestyle sets offered in the same four lengths. Acrylic sets start at $80 for a short length and $95 for XL.

Natural nail services include gel manicures, builder gel manicures, and gel manicure freestyle, with a men's manicure also on the menu. Acrylic overlay is available, and soak-off removal is listed at $20. Gel manicures start at $40 for freestyle and $50 for the standard version.

Booking is done online through the business's ChairWatch page, or by phone or email. A $20 non-refundable deposit holds the appointment and counts toward the total. Clients are asked to arrive with bare nails unless they are booked for a removal, and to bring inspiration photos. Same-day appointments carry a $25 surcharge. Clients who run late get a 10-minute grace period, and appointments are cancelled with the deposit forfeited at 15 minutes or more late. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice also forfeits the deposit.

The business does not take clients under 14, allows one guest per appointment, and does not serve guests under 10. It will not work on damaged or injured nails or skin, and it may refuse service to clients who are rude or uncooperative. Gift cards come in $25, $50, $100 and $150 amounts or a custom value.
