The menu includes gel manicures, structured gel manicures, classic manicures, gel and classic pedicures, and manicures for children. The studio focuses on natural nails and nail art, and manicures are done with a dry e-file method. Gel services use Luminary and The Gel Bottle products, and classic manicures use Dazzle Dry base and top coat. More than 250 gel polishes are in stock, along with a selection of Magpie glitters.
Nail art is priced by the number of nails: simple art on up to two nails, art, French or chrome on up to four, and art on five or more. Art can cost more depending on the materials used, so clients are asked to book extra time for it. Glitter is an add-on of $5 or more, and nail repairs, breaks or caps are $5 per nail. Gel pedicures allow glitter or foil art only, and hand-painted art is not offered.
Booking terms are firm. A credit card on file is required for every booking, including those made in person. Changes can be made online until 24 hours before an appointment; within that window clients text the studio. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-call no-shows are charged the full appointment price. Arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment and carries the same charge, though a 10-minute grace period applies and those minutes come off the service time. Artificial nails are not worked on, and acrylic or dip must be removed before the visit. Phone use during manicures is not allowed. Paying by invoice carries a $2.50 fee, and gift cards are available.
Manicures are done with a dry e-file method on natural nails, with the studio working by appointment only.
