The salon says it uses premium products with the aim of longer-lasting results, and that each treatment is adjusted to the client's needs and preferences. Hours run Monday through Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
The pedicure menu has four levels. The Express option covers a soak, shaping, cuticle care, a heel buff, lotion and a basic massage. The Classic adds a callus buff, an exfoliating sugar scrub and a hot wax. The Deluxe Volcano starts with a soak bomb and includes cuticle care, a callus buff, sugar scrub, a hydrating mask and a five-minute massage. The Zore Signature is the most extensive, with a soak, shaping, cuticle care, hydrating mask, exfoliating scrub, hot wax, soothing lotion, a hot towel, a hot stone massage and a ten-minute massage.
On the nail side, clients can book acrylic and gel nails (including powder color), sculptured nails, ombre nails, a T.A.P manicure and standard manicures. The Extras group covers regular and deep French tips, nail repair, nail designs, soak off, and polish changes, including a polish change for feet. Kids' manicures and pedicures are offered, and any no-chip polish is included in those.
Eyebrow services include waxing or razor shaping, fill-in, tinting, and wax combined with fill-in or tint. Eyelash strips come in regular, medium mink, long mink and bring-your-own options, and individual lashes are offered in short-to-medium and long-to-extra-long lengths. Facial waxing is available for the lip and chin.
According to the salon, each treatment is personalized to the client's needs and preferences.
