Appointments are booked in advance, and a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a time. The deposit is applied toward the final balance, and an appointment is not held without it.

Soak-off removal is offered for $15 and takes about 45 minutes. Soak-offs need to be added to the services when booking. Booking a soak-off at the last minute carries an extra $20 charge.

Fills are limited to two weeks. A set older than two weeks needs a soak-off and a new set rather than a fill. Nail designs can be chosen as an add-on at booking.

Early morning appointments between 6:00am and 8:30am and late night appointments between 8:00pm and 10:00pm carry an additional $40 fee. For these times, the fee and the $25 deposit are both due when booking. Guests beyond the booked client are not permitted.
