Visits are booked through the salon's GlossGenius page. Open Monday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Booking requires a card on file, and nothing is charged until checkout. New clients pay a 50% deposit when they book. Returning clients get a deposit link 7 days before their appointment to hold the spot. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service and the deposit is not refunded. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours notice, and the deposit moves to the new time. Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late pay a $10 late fee, and 15 or more minutes late costs $15. Late clients are asked to text.

Design add-ons are quoted as starting prices, and the final price is confirmed at the appointment based on the design. Clients can send questions through the contact form on the website, and gift cards are available there.
